Wherever possible, we aim to have products available in-house prior to release in order to minimise uncertainty and maintain a consistent standard of service for you. In limited circumstances, pre-orders may be offered at our discretion, for example where demand exceeds initial availability. Where this applies, the item will be clearly identified as a pre-order, and all relevant information including any applicable waiting times or conditions will be outlined within the product description at the time of purchase.
